What does a leasing film cost?

For a landlord, the film runs 60 seconds and follows the tenant you want most through a day in the building. The imagery is AI-generated, and our agreement says so. A film starts at $35,000.

What you get

A 60-second film that follows one tenant through a day in the building

30-second and 15-second cuts

12 stills

What you send

Send the renders you already approved and paid for, the neighborhood you want shown and a note on the tenant you want most.

How review works

A person checks the work against the approved renders. The film includes one consolidated revision.

How we measure it

Each prospect gets a private link, so we see who watched. Then we track tours, proposals, days on market, and the concessions and rent on the lease that gets signed.

What it costs

From $35,000 per film, for new engagements.

You pay half to start. If you don't love the first finished pieces after our changes, we refund your deposit in full.

What it has to earn

Modeled example: on a 20,000 square foot floor at $70 per square foot a year, the film pays for itself if the floor leases about 9 days sooner.
