While we have saved a ton on photoshoots with Vael's technology, we're really most excited by the consistent customer journey, high taste, and on-brand feel that Vael provides our customers while they shop.
Six steps
From the first call to the finished work
- 1
The call
A founder and your team
Show us what you're launching and what you already have. We agree the first project, then send you the scope and the price.
- 2
The agreement
You sign
It sets the scope and who owns the work. Anything beyond the scope is quoted and approved in writing before it starts.
- 3
Your material
You send
Send what you already own: the property's photographs, a phone photo of each garment or your approved renders, plus your brand guide. One person on your team sends the files and approves the work.
- 4
The making
Vael makes
We make the work with AI and check every frame against what you sent.
- 5
Your review
You approve
Two rounds of changes on every image and email, and one on each film.
- 6
The numbers
Partnerships only
In the first 30 days, we pick the numbers with you and pull today's figures from your systems, plus a comparison such as last season. Every month, we send a report that puts each number beside the campaign or email that ran. At 90 days, we review the numbers with you and agree what to change.
The terms
What your procurement team will ask
- Ownership
- You own the final work once you've paid for it, on a single project or a partnership. We keep our workflows and tools.
- Your files
- Your agreement can commit us to commercially reasonable efforts to use only paid AI tools that don't train on your files, and to return or delete them within 30 days of a written request.
- AI labels
- Our agreements state that the imagery is AI-generated. You decide how to label it where it runs.
- Invoicing
- We invoice partnerships monthly, payable within 30 days.
