Terms for your procurement team

Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted and approved in writing before it starts.

You own the final work once you've paid for it, on a single project or a partnership. We keep our workflows and tools.

In our image agreements, a delivery counts as accepted if you raise no objection within five business days. Two rounds of revision are included on every deliverable, and one on each film.

Your agreement can commit us to commercially reasonable efforts to use only paid AI tools that don't train on your files, and to return or delete them within 30 days of a written request. One signed agreement already does.

Our agreements state that the imagery is AI-generated. You decide how to label it where it runs.

Read-only CRM access is optional. It lets hotel emails use your existing segments, and your team keeps sending from its own system.

An agency can pass our images to its own clients for the original intended use, under a sublicense in the agreement.

We invoice partnerships monthly, payable within 30 days.
