Cape Resorts
We built Cape Resorts a password-gated guest dashboard from its own booking and CRM records.
Hotels
We read the booking records your hotel already holds and build a guest dashboard and a pre-arrival page from them.

Every stay leaves a record of where the guest came from, how far ahead they booked, how long they stayed and whether they came back. Many hotels have years of these sitting in the PMS and CRM. We read your booking and CRM records, find the guests worth the most to you and plan your emails around them.
We audited the group's CRM and analytics read-only. From its booking and CRM records we built a password-gated guest dashboard. We also built a pre-arrival page that runs against a real booking and shows the guest the spa, dining and activity offers before they arrive. All of it shipped in July and August 2026.
We start by auditing your PMS, CRM and analytics read-only, and we tell you what your records can answer. Each property then gets a dashboard of guests by origin, lead time, length of stay, season and return rate. We build the segments your lifecycle emails use, and the pre-arrival page shows each guest the offers that fit their stay.
It starts with a call and read-only access to your PMS and CRM. The first project is the six-week Customer Study, from $60,000. After that, the partnership writes every property's emails from what the study found, from $15,000 a month.

No. We work in the PMS and CRM you already run, starting with a read-only audit.
Anything we build from your guest records is password-gated, and we never publish a client's guest data or property figures.
They draft. One agent writes each email against the brief in the property's brand, and another reads the weekly revenue emails to keep the dashboard current. A person edits and approves everything before it goes anywhere.
The Customer Study starts at $60,000 and a partnership at $15,000 a month. The price moves with the number of systems and properties.
