Questions

What does Vael Creative do?

We make the campaigns that sell a hotel stay, a collection or an office floor. For hotel groups we also run the digital strategy. We make the work with AI from the photographs or renders you already have.

What does a hotel campaign cost?

A season's campaign for one hotel starts at $15,000 for new engagements. After it, a partnership for a hotel group starts at $15,000 a month.

What does a fashion collection launch cost?

A collection launch starts at $7,500 for new engagements. After it, a fashion partnership starts at $7,500 a month.

What does a leasing film cost?

A leasing film for one building starts at $35,000 for new engagements, and packages lower the price per film.

What does the Customer Study cost?

The six-week Customer Study starts at $60,000. Clients run it after a first project.

What if we don't love the first pieces?

You pay half to start. If you don't love the first finished pieces after our changes, we refund your deposit in full. It covers the first project in each industry: a season's campaign for one hotel, a collection launch and a leasing film. You pay half the project price as a deposit to start. You see the first finished pieces before you pay anything more. Previews carry a watermark and are for review only, so you may not use or publish them. The changes included with the project apply: two rounds for each image and email, and one for a film. If you're still not happy after those changes, tell us within five business days of the last change. We stop there and return your deposit in full. If we don't hear from you in those five business days, the pieces count as accepted and the balance is due. "Happy" means the work matches the brief and the source material we agreed. The files, and the right to use them, pass to you only when you pay in full. The guarantee covers one pilot per company, and companies under common ownership count as one. The full wording is in our terms.

Is the imagery real?

The garment and the room are real. We make the pictures from them with AI, and our agreements say so. You don't pay for a photographer, models or a location.

Who owns the work?

You own the final work once you've paid for it, on a single project or a partnership. We keep our workflows and tools.

What happens to our photos?

Your agreement can commit us to commercially reasonable efforts to use only paid AI tools that don't train on your files, and to return or delete them within 30 days of a written request.

How fast does work ship?

For a resort group, work flagged in the morning twice became a send-ready email the same day. We set the date for your first project on the first call.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds on every image, and one round of combined notes on each film. We quote anything more in writing before we start it.

Do the agents send anything on their own?

No. They write drafts, someone on our team edits them, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Who are your clients?

Cartolina and Dudley Stephens in fashion, Taconic Partners in commercial real estate, and Cape Resorts in hospitality, where we run digital strategy for its hotels.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. An agency can buy the same offers and pass the work to its own clients under a sublicense in the agreement. We set volume pricing on a call.

Where are you?

New York. Most projects run without a site visit.

How do we start?

Start with one paid project for your industry, like a collection launch or one hotel's season. Book a call and we'll agree the scope and the price.
